He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Hoffman and Ellen Weimer; his wife Katherine A. Hoffman; and his daughter-in-law Christine Hoffman. He is survived by : his children, John Hoffman (Terri), Larry Hoffman, Cathy Melito (John), Sandy Walker (Gary) and Carol Hoffman (Mary); and his grandchildren, Steve, Lindsay, Allison, Mike, Jill, Dan, Tiffany, Vicky, Stephanie and Alex. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
