He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Neisel); his daughters, Dacie Palmer, Mandi Heath and Adriel Jackson; and his grandchildren, Peyton, Mikayla, Jordan, Cristian, Katie, Anthony (AJ), Ashton and Aubrianna.
