He was predeceased by: his mother Jerry Lynne Nelson Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Ashley Ream and Heather Ream; his granddaughter Mayci Nicolados; his father Randy Johnson; and his brother Clyde Ream.
