He was predeceased by: his parents, Orra Heiser and Esther Heiser (Beavers); his son Nicholas Allen Heiser; and his siblings, Glenn, Larry, William, Jeffrey Heiser, Marilyn Keeton and Linda Few.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Heiser (Lawhun); his children, Krista D. Heiser and Stephan D. Heiser; his grandson Domunique M. Heiser Sr.; his great grandchild Domunique M. Heiser Jr.; his daughter Jamie M. Gottschalk; his siblings, Daniel, Gary, Michael, Ralph Heiser, Nancy Stump, Juanita Moen, Bonnie Ayers and Salli Patterson; and also, Blake and Bruce Riehl. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
