He was predeceased by: his father Fred Zimmerman; his stepmother Katherine Zimmerman (Nussbaum); his wife Dolores A. Zimmerman (Slish); his stepson John Ritchey; his brother Harvey Zimmerman; and his brother-in-law Don Eshelman.
He is survived by: his children, Jyl Weston (Mike) and Roy F. Zimmerman (Laura); his daughter-in-law Carrie Ritchey; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Nix (Chris), Regina Rehberg (Kevin), Tony Ritchey, Ashley Sarmiento (Eric), Alicia Weston (Steve DiMichele) and Michael Weston (Jenifer); his great grandchildren, Hailey, Quinn, Evelyn, Emersyn, Eric and Mya; his sister Ruth Eshelman; and his sisters-in-law, Eleanor Zimmerman and Josephine Slish.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Roy's honor may be made to the Lowell Church or the American Heart Association.
