Ruby E. Schmucker Obituary
We bid farewell to Ruby E. Schmucker (Canton, Ohio), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 19, 2025 at the age of 101. She was predeceased by: her son Gary (Sandy); and her siblings, John, Elmer, Paul Ladrach, Margaret Spahr, Lauretta Putt and Glenda Hoff.
She is survived by: her children, David Schmucker (Kim), Barbara Schroeder and Steven Schmucker of Hilliard, OH; her grandchildren, Aaron Schroeder, Nicholas Schmucker, Ellory, Hannah Schmucker and Samantha Miller (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Archer and Sabrina Ruby Miller. She is also survived by eleven nieces and five nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel (705 Raff Rd SW, Canton, OH 44710). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in honor of Ruby to Aultman College of Nursing, Class of 1945, (2600 6th Street SW, Canton, OH 44710).
