She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Notter and Merable Notter (Thomas); her husband Donald W. Graber; her sister Eileen Louise Stevens (Notter); her grandson Jonathan-Ross-Richards; and her cousin Twila Smitley (Notter).

She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Richards (Dale), Janet Edwards (Robert) and Ronald Shifflet; and her grandchildren, Gregory Misko (Tammy), Scott Misko, Lisa McNutt (Larry), Jason Richards (Cheryl), Jennifer Umstead (Travis), Elaine Stefanick, Leslie Edwards and Rachel DiMauro-Yant. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ruth's honor to the Stark County Humane Society.
