She was predeceased by: her parent Asaff Abood; her husband Joseph Gazil; her brother George Abood; and her sister-in-law Samira Abood. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Fahid Abood (Kelly), Darleen Schiavo (Peter) and Mila. She is also survived by many friends and relatives.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church.
