She was predeceased by: her parents, George Litsinger and Mildred Litsinger (Keffer); her husband Roy B. Ailstock, Jr.; and her sister Nancy Atherton (Litsinger) of Landrum. She is survived by: her children, Scott Ailstock (Sharon), Mark Ailstock and Laura Coverstone (Alan); and her grandchildren, Lindsay, Mitchell and Mason. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, and in-laws.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith United Methodist Church.
