She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Shearrow; her sons, Harold W. Heflin, Tom E. Heflin and Eric J. Heflin; and her brothers, Walter Shearrow, Edward Shearrow, William Shearrow and Herbert Shearrow.

She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Liolios (Joe Altimore III); and her pet Apache. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
