He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Garee and Maxine Garee (Day); his daughters, Christine Johnson (Scott) and Laura Schlabach (Virgil); his grandchildren, Joshua Pavkov (Nikki), Carson Pavkov (Logan), Jordan Schlabach and Aaron Schlabach; his great grandchildren, Arden and Lane Pavkov; and his sister Dixie Wilson (Audrey Adorisio).
