She is survived by: her brother Carl Starcher (Stella); her children, Paul Keyes Jr. (Cindy), Christine Wengenroth (John) and Michael Keyes; her grandchildren, Harleigh, Samantha, Shelby, Ryan, John Jr. and Alexandra; and her great grandchild Kennedy.
