She is survived by: her children, Anne Efremoff of Canton, Cynthia Stowers (James) of Leesburg and Alan Efremoff (Julie) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Hannah and Remy Efremoff of Charlotte; and her sisters, Carolyn Bieneman and Kathy Rusk.

Memorials may be made to The Stark County District Library or The Efremoff Family Trust at the Stark Community Foundation.

“I worked with Sally at the Stark County Family Court in the late 90’s and early 00’s. We both served as Court Magistrates. From the time I left the Court, her annual Christmas card, always with a nice note, was the first I received — until this year. I did not know until today what might have happened. I received a beautiful and heartfelt note from her three children. It reflected their love for Sally and their gratitude for the manner of her death. My sympathy to all in their loss.”
