He is survived by: his wife Barbara Tolbert (Johnson); his sons, Christopher, James and Michael Tolbert; his grandchildren, Emma, Caroline and Cade Tolbert; his parents, Elizabeth Tolbert (Campbell) and Richard Allen Tolbert; his aunt Margaret Campbell; his siblings, Debbie Coyle (John) and Craig Tolbert (Maria); and his mother-in-law Carol Oberlin. He is also survived by husband who loved his wife, a father who was always there for his children, a grandfather who cherished his grandchildren, and a son and brother who was deeply loved by his family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rossi Family Funeral Home, Inc. (730 30th St NW, Canton, OH 44709). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church (3430 St Michaels Blvd NW, Canton, OH 44718).
