He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred "Rocky". He is survived by: his children, Max, Breydan, Brody and Axle; his father John (Kim); his siblings, Jesse (Kathy) and Miranda; his aunts and uncles, Jack, Laura, Jan and Sandy; his nieces and nephews, Rocky, Ezra, Kaleb and Emmalynn; and his close friend Jake. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
