She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Tuber; her son Leonard Kitzen; and her brother Howard Tuber. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her daughters, Ilene Burkart (Jim) and Alisa Bordner; her daughter-in-law Audrey Kitzen; her grandchildren, Zachary, Grayson Kitzen, Mackenzie Bordner and Micah Burkart; her nieces and nephews, Kim, Melisse, Lindsay, Leonard, Tyson and Kevin; and her close friends, Gene and Sony Sisterhen.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude.
