She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Clark and Beulah Keen; her former husband Paul Smith; her grandson Ryan Johns; her husband Harold Clark; and her son-in-law Ray Johns.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Collin (William), Janet Johns, Debra Deuble (Joe) and Paul Smith (Mindy); and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren.
