With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sophie M. Umberger of Canton, Ohio, who passed away on October 27, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Cazangides and Mary Cazangides (Sarianides); and her husband Lawrence L. Umberger. She is survived by: her stepsons, Brett (Tammy), Brian (Cindy), Gregg (Kelly) and Grant Umberger. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
