He was predeceased by: his mother Leah Iris Andrews (Scowden). He is survived by: his father David L. Andrews; his daughter Grace L. Andrews; the mother of his child Andrea Magan; his son Steven R. Andrews; and his sister Barbara J. Andrews. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
