He is survived by : his wife Kristi Salapack; his children, Kyle Salapack (Rebecca), Kortney Schwartz (Scott) and Kara Salapack; his grandchildren, Forrest, Jane Salapack, Carter and Alaina Schwartz; his parents, George Salapack and Donna Salapack; his siblings, Sherry Shifflet, Cindy Fry (Chuck), Michael Salapack and Sandra Salapack; and his close friend Zuko. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel (705 Raff Rd SW, Canton, OH 44710).
