He was predeceased by: his father Donald Teis. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Teis; his children, Bradley Teis Jr., Michael Teis (Megan), Brittany Murdick (Sean Ferguson) and Ryan Teis; his grandchildren, Stella Teis and Gavin Teis; and his sisters, Susan Evanoff and Nancy Stangelo (Danny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
