She was predeceased by: her parents, Janie Westbrook and John Westbrook; her husband Bill; her children, Doug, Fern and Dan; and her daughters-in-law, Stephanie and Tracy.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Haddix (Steve) of Delphos, OH, Todd of Centennial, CO and Deanna Parks (Jim) of Canton, OH; her children-in-law, Rose Medley of North Canton, OH and Dan Forsythe of Scot Depot, W. VA; and her sisters, Betty Boesger (Len) and Bonnie Hendricks. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Thelma's name to Refuge of Hope and Canaan Acres Camp Grounds.
