He was predeceased by: his parents, Beed Franklin and Margaret Franklin (Brink); his sister Joy Darlene Harmon; and his father-in-law Lewis Alkire. He is survived by: his wife Roberta L. Franklin (Alkire); his children, Shawnta Franklin (Paul Smith), Thomas J. Franklin II of Canton, Paul Price (Fortune) of Magnolia and Shaun Price (Jullian) of Canton; his brothers, Charles Brink of Massillon and Clarence Davis of Minerva; his mother-in-law Martha Alkire; and his niece Angalena Lopez. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
