He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Darla Greenwalt (Lee), Robert Townsend and William Townsend; his grandchildren, L. J. Greenwalt, Robert Greenwalt and Ashlee Greenwalt; his sister Christine Cummingham; and his stepson David Smith.
