He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cooper (Sizemore); his sons, Richard (Johna Cooper), Travis (Shannon Cooper), Shawn Cooper and Carl Sizemore; and his sister Doris Black. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
