He was predeceased by: his father Warren Pyles Jr.; and his brothers, John Reece Pyles and William Michael Pyles. He is survived by: his children, Warren Pyles IV and Monica Pyles; his wife Dr. Cheryl Bailey; and his siblings, Sandra Marie Pyles and Raymond Julius Pyles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Throughout the pandemic, Warren came to church even when the doors were closed to the public to ensure that members and visitors could attend church services virtually.
