It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayland Dion Faulkner (Canton, Ohio), who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee Faulkner and Rosaline Yvonne Faulkner; and his aunt Carlotta Rodgers of Akron. He is survived by: his sisters, Cheryl Hall of Canton and Sharonda Armour (Michael) of Akron; his stepmother Sharon Faulkner of Massillon, Ohio.; his children, Martell Faulkner of Canton, Ohio., Aleesha Manghese of Canton, Ohio., Jerrick Townes of Canton, Ohio. and Nyla Faulkner of Canton, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Arianna, Akeelah, Alontaye and Alijah; and his siblings' children, Shanuna Faulkner, Shantel Faulkner, Camille Faulkner, Candice Fox, Shaquille Faulkner (Patrice) and Dominic Floyd. He is also survived by grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, and other relatives.
