He was predeceased by: his father Clayton G. Horn. He is survived by: his wife Jill; his children, Laurie Horn of North Canton, Holly Atkinson (Dylan) of Canton, Mark Horn (April) of Glendale, AZ, Christopher Horn (Sabine) of Goettingen and Germany; and his brother-in-law Terry Manning (Lynn) of Deland, FL..
