He was predeceased by: his wife Annette Cunningham Moran; his parents, William Sr. Moran and Catherine Costello Moran; and his sisters, Kathryn, Eileen and Patricia.
He is survived by: his children, William K. Moran III of Florida, Diane Moran (Kathryn Feltey) of Akron and Lynn Carlone (Brian) of Canton; his grandchildren, Robert Moran, Michelle Tomsa (Chris), Zachary Feltey, Marisa Calhoun (Sean), Brianna Carlone (Jon Marsh) and Alaina Carlone; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Chismar. He is also survived by four great- grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks those wishing to make a memorial contribution in William's honor to consider St. Jude Children's Research Hospital which William consistently supported himself.
