He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Otto (Hoover); his children, Amanda Otto (Paul) of Massillon and William Otto III (Mindy) of Kent; his sister Cindy Shook (Randy) of Brewster; and his sister-in-law Jayne Otto. He is also survived by 8 beautiful grandchildren; 6 beautiful great-grandchildren, as well as many other family members and friends.
