He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chester and Helen Virginia Reed (Paugh); and his brothers, Bobby Lee Reed, Harry Daniel Reed and David Allen Reed.
He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" E. Reed Jr., Wendy Coston (Scott) and Teresa Kreinbrink; and his siblings, Dorothy Kinkaid and Tom Reed (Teresa). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:20 PM and on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions may be made in Bill's memory to Camp Chof through the Canton Baptist Temple.
