He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet and Woodrow; his wife Shirley; and his sisters, Clara Brown and Wanda Simmons.
He is survived by: his close friend Maria Chapman; his children, Tammy Bradfield (Troy), Woody Brooks (Annmarie) and Ken Brooks (Becky); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Darren and Morgan.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to a cancer or youth organization of your choice.
