He is survived by: his wife Corinne; his children, Shirley Diane Adkins of Columbus, David Adkins of Columbus, Michael Adkins of Canton and Tracy Adkins (Kimberly) of Akron, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Talia Adkins, Michael Smith of Columbus, Ohio. and Domonick Harrell of Columbus, Ohio.; his great grandchildren, Tyrell Nall of Columbus, Ohio. and Domonick Harrell II of Columbus, Ohio.; his sibling's children, Alazene Hunt of Lubbock, TX, Steven Trammell (Melissa) of Wetumpka, Alabama. and Eddie Smith of Wetumpka, Alabama.; and his siblings-in-law, Samuel Mitchell of Goodwater and Gussie Mitchell of Buffalo. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
