She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Novak and Ann Novak (Holleran); her husband Carl Duckworth; her sons, Robert H. and Glenn Patrick Duckworth; and her siblings, Marguerite Robart, Roberta Nitzu and John Novak.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian, Kevin, Eric, Todd, Randal and Nathan; and her sister Karen Fernandes (Richard). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
