He is survived by: his parents, James Wayne Nelson, Sr. and Antonia Tomasita Vallejos; his wife Karina Feitosa De Sousa; his daughters, Isabella Nelson and Noelle Nelson; his siblings, Lloyd Hyrum Nelson (Gilbert) and Samantha Jane Nelson; and his grandfather Nick Vallejos. He is also survived by 1 granddaughter, 5 nieces and 5 nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints - Eagar Stake Center (135 N Main St, Eagar, AZ 85925). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
