He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Herman and Marie Myers (Gazinea); his wife Barbara A. Shaw; and his siblings, Margie Brown, Robert "Bob" Shaw and Herman Shaw.
He is survived by: his sons, Harold "Dick" Shaw (Barbara J.) and Jonathan Michael Shaw (Lori); and his sister Doris Ruth Kerns. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
