She is survived by: her children, Carrie Streby (Jacob) of Frazeysburg, OH and Fred Mills (Brittany Hupp) of Frazeysburg, OH; her grandchildren, Nathan Streby, Malena Streby, Noah Beckley, Kiersten Mills, Mazlynn Mills and Laynie Mills; her siblings, Paula Rowley of Frazeysburg, OH, Nancy Cochren of Mount Vernon, OH and Richard Rowley (Linda) of Gambier, OH; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Mills of Bladensburg, OH and Karen Martin of Gambier, OH.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions can be made in Kay's memory to any local Hospice branch or Special Olympics Organization.
