She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Tulley and Jennie Garrett (Mason); her husband Fred Etler; her children, Danny Etler and Sherrie Wheeler; her brother Clinton Garrett; and her brother-in-law William Milner.

She is survived by : her daughters, Jeannie Ryan (David) and Sandy "Sam" Etler (Darlene Andersen); her grandchildren, Broderick James Ryan (Amber), Christina Robey (John Miller), Laura McVickers (Steven), Matthew Wheeler and William Etler; her great grandchildren, Paiton Robey, David Kayden Reichley, Austin Ryan, Kora Ryan and Jacob Etler; her sister Betty Milner; and her son-in-law Gary Wheeler.
