He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Liggett and Edna Liggett (Davis); his former wife Lela Liggett (Vanfosson); his son David Liggett; and his brothers, Joe and Gene Liggett.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Liggett (Moore); his children, Debra Liggett, Becky Gough and Charles Liggett; his grandson Willy Gough; and his great grandchildren, Ella and Chloe Gough. He is also survived by 2 stepchildren; many step-grandchildren.
