He was predeceased by : his parents, Dwight Porterfield and Mary Porterfield (Baker); his sisters, Joyce Mosholder and Nancy Johnson; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Schwenke, Lawrence Mosholder and C. Guy Johnson.
He is survived by : his wife Judi (Schwenke); his children, Farrah Cooperider (Jeremy) of Granville, Sherie Ford (Jeff) of Marysville and Shawn Smith (Vicky) of St. Louisville; his grandchildren, Tyler Billman, Dylan Cooperider, Alycia Smith (David), Zachary Ford, Shane Ford and Blaine Smith; his great grandchild Nora Jane Smith; his brothers, George Porterfield (Kay) and Hugh Porterfield (Connie); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Schwenke, Ron Schwenke, Ray Schwenke (Joann) and David Schwenke (Helen).
