He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley M. (DeLong); his parents, Mervin Kuhns and Edna Kuhns (Mangold); his children, Sheila Green and Rodney; and his granddaughter Rachel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Faye Ann Rohrbach (Monroe) and Danita Short (Craig); and his daughter-in-law Sandy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to Shriners Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in loving memory of Arthur.
