She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. O'Connor and Norma A. O'Connor (Beidleman); and her brother Richard. She is survived by: her pet Simba; her sister Patricia (Clifford Ousley); her nephew Adam (Heather); her nieces, Amanda (Brian Cassidy) and Rachel (Patrick Riggin); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor, Benjamin Ousley, Rowan Riggin, Maya, Aspen and Brea Cassidy.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to ASPCA in loving memory of Barbara.
