She was predeceased by: her husband Richard C. Book; her parents, Charles E. Forsythe and Beatrice Forsythe (Neal); her daughter Mildred E. Stringer; and her siblings, Harold Keller and Betty Jane Bisbing.
She is survived by: her children, Adam F. "Butch" Miller, Jr. (Terry) of Honey Brook, Betty Jane Grainger (late Donald Grainger) of Gap, Dorothy Mae Thompson (late Jeff Thompson) of Birdsboro, Richard C. Book, Jr. (Shari) of Douglassville and Anne Campione (Jim) of Palm Bay, Florida. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
