She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lambert and Ellen Lambert; and her brother Gary Lambert. She is survived by: her children, Scott Carlisle (Shannon), April Carlisle, Keith Carlisle (Marissa) and Joseph Carlisle Rebecca Carlisle (Jackie). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 brothers and 2 sisters as well as many other family members.
