He is survived by: his sister Shirley Moore of Ellicottville, NY; and his daughters, Cindy Munksgard (Jon) of Warren, PA, Penny Blum, Paula Everill and Kelly Goodroad (Michael) of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews amongst many other family and friends.
