Alessandra McCarraher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alessandra McCarraher of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Alessandra may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Alessandra touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John R. McCarraher, Sr.; her parents, Sullivan J. Asko, Jr. and Alessandra Signore Asko; her son John R. McCarraher, Jr. (Meghan) of West Chester; her grandchildren, Quinn, Sloan and Ryan McCarraher; and her siblings, Sullivan J. Asko III and Roslyn H. Asko Wolf (Richard).
