She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Shannon Givler; her parents, William C. Short and Betty Short (Mary Virginia Rodgers Short Johnson); her in-laws, Donald N. Givler, Dorothy S. Givler, Mable T. Ross (Polly) and Jack S. Ross; and her nephew Michael Givler.
She is survived by: her daughter Shannon E. Givler Dinger (Mark); her granddaughter Courtney Dinger of West Chester, PA; and her siblings, Jon Johnson of Exton, PA, Bill Short (Laurie) of Honeybrook, PA, Robin Short Lawlor of Exton, PA, David Givler (Maryanne) of Temecula, CA, Dr. Don Givler (Amy) of Monroe, LA and Dotsy Givler Baxter (Mike) of Canon City, CO. She is also survived by other family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the James Terry Funeral Home (736 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the James J. Terry Funeral Home - Downingtown (736 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335).
