She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene C. Duffy and Cecilia E. Curran; and her brother Gene Duffy. She is survived by: her children, Eric M. Welsh (Amy), Maureen S. Welsh (Jeff Zeelander), Andrea L. Welsh and John David Welsh (Nell Banks-Welsh); her grandchildren, Zachary Zeelander, Josh Zeelander, Grace Welsh, Ryan Welsh, Allison Welsh, Sabrina Welsh and Sadie Banks; and her brother John Ohnmacht (Peggy).
