He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Armstrong (Lewis) and Paul Howard Armstrong; his stepmother Sara Jane Armstrong; and his sister Tempie Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Julie K. Armstrong (Hoffman); his daughters, Amanda Armstrong of Coatesville and Emily Coy (Allen) of Coatesville; his granddaughters, Jamison and Sage; his siblings, Patricia "Pat" Henry, Paul R. Armstrong (Bev) and Jeanne Smith; and his nephews, Paul Armstrong, Michael Armstrong and Bryan Armstrong.
