He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Forrell and Eleanore M. Winter Forrell. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Charles Forrell; his daughter Alison Forrell; his grandchildren, Samantha Raby, Emily, Erica and Steven Schreiner; and his brother Andrew Forrell (Marilyn).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hopewell United Methodist Church Youth Fund.
